Founder/CEO
Prior to founding LiveAnew, Louis Wray was a successful investment advisor with a national financial services firm. For more than 18 years, Louis helped many clients plan out their financial futures. Although Louis enjoyed helping his clients achieve financial success, he realized over time that money actually had little impact on his clients’ sense of happiness and fulfillment. As time went along, Louis began taking a more holistic approach to financial planning with his clients, helping them set meaningful life goals as well as meaningful financial goals. His clients appreciated this unique approach, but they wanted more ideas on how to look beyond money to achieve happier, healthier lives. Unable to find an existing set of tools to help him better serve his clients, Louis set out to create them himself. In 2006, Louis earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Learning more about the science of Positive Psychology in this unique program helped Louis form the initial concepts for LiveAnew. Working with a team of psychological experts and PhDs, Louis created an entire suite of tools to help individuals identify their unique strengths and values, make social connections with like-minded people, and pursue meaningful, fun activities. Today, LiveAnew offers revolutionary wellness enhancement tools to individuals, businesses, and coaches. Louis is proud of LiveAnew’s success thus far and looks forward to an even brighter future. Previously, Louis earned an MBA and a BS from Southern Illinois University. In addition to his duties at LiveAnew, Louis is an acting board member of the Judevine Center for Autism, a pioneer in treatment and training for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their families. Outside of work, Louis enjoys his role as a devoted husband, father of three children, and occasional golfer.

President
Lori has always had a heart for people and knows that life transitions, while challenging, can be enormously fun and exciting. In addition, like her husband, Lori has always recognized that an enriching and meaningful retirement requires non-financial planning. With that in mind, Lori became a career and retirement coach before taking on the role of President at LiveAnew. Lori began her career in the telecommunications industry before becoming a financial advisor for Edward Jones. For over ten years, she enjoyed helping her clients reach financial success and had one of the most successful offices in her area. Lori then spent time raising her family before becoming a coach and joining the LiveAnew team. Lori graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Business.

 | Rick Bayers
Director of Operations and Marketing
Rick Bayers brings to LiveAnew™ more than 30 years experience in marketing communications, interactive media, and event production. He started his career with Ralston Purina Company and served for 19 years as Director of Multi-Media Communications with Checkmark Communications, Ralston Purina's internal advertising agency. He later served as COO and Executive VP of the Jordan Group and came to LiveAnew™ out of a desire to create a very different sort of business model. On a personal note, Rick is married with two children and enjoys oil painting. He has a studio and gallery in his home (www.buckcreekstudio.com). Rick and his wife also enjoy collecting early 20th century American art pottery, antiques, and fine art.
